Torey brings deep expertise in DoD data engineering and financial analytics, with hands-on experience in the Advana and WDP ecosystem. He has spent nearly a decade specializing in Advana, most recently leading a major DoD organization's financial management analytics portfolio, and brings deep platform expertise in Qlik Sense and Palantir Foundry alongside a practitioner's understanding of financial management, audit readiness, and acquisition analytics.
Prior to founding DataOsprey, Torey spent years as a public sector consultant supporting DoD financial management and audit readiness initiatives.
